As soon as you have made your final decision about the college that you plan to attend, please be sure to complete the bright blue final transcript request form and return it to your English teacher. You can also come by the registrar’s office before or after school or during your lunch time to complete this final transcript request to send to your college or educational institution after graduation. Many colleges will not allow you to register for courses in the fall or spring of your freshman year if they do not have your final transcript on file.
If your name is hard to pronounce, please come by the registrar’s office during your lunch to give the correct pronunciation of your name.

PARENTS AND GUESTS: Please enter the Berry Center at either ENTRANCE TWO (East) or ENTRANCE THREE (West) and park in Parking Lot B or D. Parents and guests will use the large staircase and proceed to Concourse Level. Please do not bring miscellaneous items into the Berry Center.
TRAFFIC FLOW: One week prior to graduation, the Berry Center marquee will notify community members of possible traffic concerns in the area. In addition, message boards will be strategically placed along various routes to assist with the flow of traffic. DISABLED ACCOMMODATIONS: Handicapped parking is the first set of parking spaces adjacent to the Berry Center East and West. Guests must have an official license or hang tag. The driveway adjacent to ENTRANCE TWO and ENTRANCE THREE will be a designated drop-off area. Wheelchair and handicapped guests may use the elevator at either ENTRANCE TWO (East) or ENTRANCE THREE (West) and proceed to the Concourse Level.
Handicapped seating is available at the top row of Level 100 and 200. Reserved seating for Deaf/HH is located in Section 107.
TICKETS: All guests must have a ticket to enter the graduation ceremony. Infants and small children who will sit on a parent’s lap do not need a ticket to enter. Seating is on a “first come, first served” basis. Admission tickets state that parents and guests will not be guaranteed seating in the Arena. If the Arena is at capacity, late arrivals will be ushered to the Theater to view the graduation on CCTV. The number of tickets is determined by the district and ten (10) tickets will be provided to each Cypress Woods graduate at the Senior Breakfast. Students in need of additional seating may inquire among their fellow graduates who might be in possession of unused tickets.
GRADUATE DRESS: The dress for men is a dress shirt and tie with long pants, dress shoes AND socks. (No jeans, shorts, flat sandals, flip-flops, or tennis shoes). The dress for women is long pants or a dress, dress shoes. (No jeans, shorts, flat sandals, flip-flops, or tennis shoes.)
PRE-CEREMONY: Upon arrival to the Berry Center, all graduates should enter the Atrium through ENTRANCE TWO (East) or ENTRANCE THREE (West). All graduates will line up in the Atrium area to pass through the metal detector and search prior to reporting to the Conference Center. NO PERSONAL ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONFERENCE CENTER. (Exception: keys may be carried in a pocket). Any confiscated items, or lost/recovered items will be available for pick up at school in the AP office during the week of June 6th. Once graduates and staff leave the conference room, there will be NO RE-ENTRY.
CONDUCT: Be aware that the CFISD Code of Conduct will be in effect and students in violation of these guidelines will be denied participation in graduation exercises. Likewise, students who engage in disruptive acts will be removed from the ceremony and will not receive their diploma during the ceremony.
EXIT: Graduates will exit the Conference Center door to Parking Lot C and exit the Berry Center through EXIT TWO (East) or EXIT THREE (West). GRADUATES MUST EXIT THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY as the next school will be lining up for their Processional. Parents and guests may meet up with the graduates outside.
GRADUATION PICTURES: Individual pictures will be taken as graduates receive their diploma and a second picture will be taken after they exit the stage. Purchase information will be available at [email protected]
