Accomplishments: Ortega was the top scorer for Achieve 3,000 in the entire state on Feb. 29.

Favorite class: “My favorite class is math because I’ve always loved math.”

Favorite things to do after class: “I love to play soccer outside with my brother.”

Favorite song: “I don’t really listen to songs.”

Favorite website/app: “Fortnite, because I play it with my brother and friends.”

Favorite TV show: “I mostly watch YouTube, but I don’t have a favorite.”

Favorite movie: “I like the Marvel movies and I can’t wait to see the new Dune movie.”

Ambition: “I want to be a soccer player because it is my favorite sport and it is very popular around the world.”

What topics/things are you passionate about?: “I love playing outside and being with my family. We have big celebrations as a family and we love spending time together.”

What inspires you?: “My class set goals for Achieve 3,000, Amplify and ST Math, and I wanted to do my part. I work hard to reach my goals every day!”

What three things can’t you live without?: “My family, school and sports.”
