2020 Incoming Seniors Transcripts for College Application

  • You will need your updated GPA/Rank in order to complete your application. This is available as of June 19th on line via HAC or by picking up a GPA/Rank card from the receptionist.
  • You do not need your transcript by July 1st in order to start the application process. Send off your application and then later in July, your transcript can be sent to colleges.
  • OFFICIAL transcripts are not handed or mailed directly to students/parents.  They must be sent directly to a college or university by CFISD.
  • Updated transcripts will be available on June 19th.  You can complete a request form before the semester ends in the registrar’s office for it to be sent mid-July or you can request one from the district records office, June 19th through July 18th via the on-line system at or in person from campus registrar starting on July 19th from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.
  • COST: $2.00 cash only for printed copies to be sent to out of state or private colleges and no charge for digital transcripts sent only to Texas public universities.

Summer Transcript Requests

Please make requests at your home campus Mon-Thur through June 18.  ALL CAMPUSES AND OFFICES CLOSED ON FRIDAYS DURING THE SUMMER.

MID-SUMMER REQUESTS (June 19 – July 18)
Two Options:

  • June 19 – July 18  (Closed July 1st-5th)
  • COST: $2.00 cash or check only (No charge for TRex’d transcripts)

OFFICIAL transcripts are not handed or mailed directly to students/parents, but must be sent directly to an institution. Parents must have signed permission from students 18 and older, as well as a copy of the student’s driver’s license, to make requests.

(Delay for orders placed July 1 – 6 due to database summer maintenance)  After July 18th, please contact your campus registrar for transcript requests Mondays-Thursdays. We also provide immunization records during the summer.

A transcript is considered “Official” only if it is sent directly to a college, employer, scholarship committee, etc. Transcripts picked up or sent to your home are unofficial. We will process your request within 3 business days.
