Community Garage Sale

Emails will be sent to those purchasing garage sale spots beginning on Monday, February 17, 2025.

No refunds will be issued due to cancellation of the event.  

Garage sale spots are pre-assigned and are approximately 8.5’ x 18.5’ (the size of a parking spot).  You will also be assigned 1 spot in the area of your garage sale spot for your vehicle.

You may purchase multiple garage sale spots that are connected but you are only given 1 vehicle parking spot.  Discounts are given for multiple spots that are purchased.

• 1 garage sale spot + 1 vehicle spot = $25
• 2 garage sale spots + 1 vehicle spot = $45 (save $5)
• 3 garage sale spots + 1 vehicle spot = $65 (save $10)
• 4 garage sale spots + 1 vehicle spot = $85 (save $15)
• 6 garage sale spots + 1 vehicle spot = $100 (save $25)

For safety, no vehicles will be allowed to enter the garage sale area after 6:30am.

For safety, no vehicles will be allowed to exit the garage sale area until 12:00pm.

You are responsible for the removal of all unsold items and all waste.

Tables, electricity, water, or other equipment will not be available for use.

A donation truck will be available to take unsold items.  All donated items must be in boxes or bags.  Computers, exercise equipment, mattresses/box springs, and other large furniture items cannot be donated.

CFISD police will be on premises and appropriate conduct is required.  Tobacco products, vaping devices, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited on campus.
